about.jpg

Yes, it’s my real name.

I'm a graphic designer, illustrator and certified interior designer.  I enjoy helping brands tell their story, creating imaginative experiences in spaces and making one-of-a-kind designs for others to use in their creative projects. I love to see others’ creativity build upon my own. I license artwork and illustrations to companies such as Minted and Target and my work has been widely published and shared.

As the parent of a dyslexic child, I lent my artistic talents to support the campaign that promoted passage of the first dyslexia law in the State of Arizona in 2015. My illustration, A Day in the Life of a Courageous Dyslexic Student, received national recognition by the advocacy groups Bright Solutions for Dyslexia and The Dyslexic Advantage. This project led to illustrating my first book, Dyslexialand by Cheri Rae.

I'm an introvert, a chronic doodler and still add to the sticker collection that I started in the early 80's. I reside in Phoenix, AZ with my husband and two neurologically diverse children. I spend my free time reading biographies, sewing and raising creative kids.
